Oyster Time at the Waterfront Corner!

The River Oyster Bar, located along the Miami River, offers open views with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the yacht marina. 🌊 🥙We visited in the afternoon when the place wasn't too crowded. The air conditioning was set quite low, but if you're sensitive to the cold, you can opt for a seat on the outdoor patio. 🍾We ordered a half-dozen oysters, choosing three varieties: Blue Point, Blue Pearl, and Mignonette. The oysters were freshly shucked and served with four different sauces—they tasted freshest with just a squeeze of lemon. 💫The server proactively explained the characteristics of each oyster type, and the food arrived quickly.
