Paloma | Pistachio & Mortadella Croissant in Williamsburg 🥐🌰

Williamsburg has several highly-rated bakeries. I’d only tried Paloma’s black sesame croissant before, but today they were sold out — so I “had to” try their Pistachio Mortadella Croissant instead, and it was pretty great! 📍 Paloma (Stores in Williamsburg & Greenpoint) This croissant looks absolutely golden and tempting in the sunlight 😍 Pistachio + Italian mortadella — a combo also seen at All’Antico Vinaio, but totally different here. It’s savory with a surprising hint of pickled spicy peppers inside! The pistachios aren’t sweet, just rich and nutty, and the ham is perfectly salted. The lamination is excellent — flaky and fragrant even without reheating. Overall, really tasty. Not super unique, but definitely a well-made, delicious croissant with nice balance.
