This museum is the Musée Jacquemart-André. 🎨At the time, Edouard François André, a descendant of the wealthiest bankers, was an avid art collector. He later met his artist wife, Nélie Jacquemart. One had superb artistic taste, and the other had endless wealth. The couple joined forces to adorn their luxurious mansion. Unfortunately, André passed away early, and his wife, to fulfill his vision, searched the world for beautiful art pieces.
