Paris, This Eel Rice Bowl Is Just Too Delicious‼️

✔️Located in the 9th arrondissement, this traditional Japanese restaurant offers a lunch set that is truly great value for money, including appetizers, main course, and dessert. ✔️For the appetizer, I chose grilled seasonal vegetables with onsen egg and salmon avocado tartare with sushi rice. Both appetizers were fantastic— the salmon was incredibly fresh, and the seasonal vegetables included eggplant and three different types of peppers, which paired perfectly with the onsen egg for a refreshing taste. ✔️The eel was incredibly tender, with a caramelized sauce on the outside that added a slight crunch, while the inside was smooth, delicate, and melt-in-your-mouth. With each bite, you first taste the sweet and savory sauce with a hint of caramelization, followed by the tender texture and rich flavor of the eel, and finally, the warm and satisfying rice. It's a dish with layers of flavor. ✔️The dessert was a set Café gourmand, featuring cheesecake drizzled with tangy yuzu sauce, matcha tiramisu that combines the slight bitterness of matcha with the sweetness of cream cheese, and black sesame pudding, which was quite impressive with its rich and smooth texture and the aroma of black sesame. You can choose tea or coffee as your beverage.
