Paris|Summer in Bois de Boulogne 🌳🌳🌳

Lately, the weather in Paris has been so pleasant! ☀️ I spent a relaxed and joyful Sunday with friends at Bois de Boulogne, a sprawling urban park on the western edge of the city. We picnicked on the grass and hunted for quirky angles to photograph the Eiffel Tower. 🧺🗼 My friend jokingly suggested I title this post—"Living Like Old-Money Parisians: An Authentic French Weekend"—which had me laughing! 😂 🚣‍♂️ Highly recommend renting a boat! We lazily paddled around the entire lake, snapping photos and watching ducks and geese along the way—it took us 2 hours! The rental spot is at Lac Inférieur (north side). You’ll need a €50 cash deposit or an ID (they accepted my student card too!). 🌿 The highlight? So many stunning trees—horse chestnuts, goldenrains, catalpas, bald cypresses… 🌲 I even took a photo with a massive, comforting tree that felt like a hug! If you love greenery and forests, this place is pure bliss. 💚 The park is also perfect for running, hiking, and picnics. Other attractions include a rose garden 🌷, an equestrian club 🐴, and a small zoo great for kids! ⚠️ Heads up: Bois de Boulogne is huge, so be cautious if exploring secluded paths alone. #BoisDeBoulogne #ParisParks #ParisianLife #Forest #Park #Boating #Nature
