All four of us ordered one each, the skin was crispy, and the meat just fell apart with a slight touch, definitely the signature dish of this restaurant!! It comes with chips instead of fries, and these chips are incredibly crispy and delicious, a hundred times better than fries! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Grain-fed Beef Steak (Main Course) I think it's also very tasty. I give it four stars because I want to highlight the deliciousness of the confit duck. The steak is tender, seasoned just right, and paired with rosemary or something I didn't quite catch, but it's especially fragrant. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Snails (Appetizer) I didn't have these, but I think the snail sauce is great with the pre-meal bread! It was so delicious that we asked the restaurant for an extra portion of bread to dip and eat. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chantilly Cream Puff (Dessert) I took a small bite, as it wasn't mine. It was great! The flavor wasn't overly sweet, and it was cool and refreshing, perfect for after a meal. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Banana with Ice Cream (Dessert) I also took a small bite, the ice cream was delicious!! But the chocolate sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste, and as for the banana, I didn't get to try it.
