The first time I had a French meal, the portion was so big I wanted to pack it up 🥹 🍽️ Appetizers Creamy Mushroom Ravioli: Mushroom-filled ravioli with mushroom cream sauce, fried bread chunks, hazelnuts, etc., with a hint of truffle flavor, probably from truffle oil, which is my favorite taste. Lamb Yolk Spheres: Delicious! Oil-sealed lamb chops made into little spheres, paired with rosemary and mustard celery yolk sauce. 🍽️ Main Courses Red Wine Braised Beef: When this came, I felt it had the taste of grandma's braised beef. A large piece of beef braised until it's extremely tender, so tender that you can only eat it with a spoon. It's served with carrot puree, pearl onions, carrots, and mushrooms. Braised Pork Ribs: Marinated ribs drizzled with barbecue sauce, also extremely tender and melting in your mouth. The side dishes are the corn family: various corns, corn puree, and popcorn, etc. 🍽️ Desserts Mi-Cuit Chocolate Lava: Semi-cooked chocolate with a lava center, cocoa nibs, topped with vanilla ice cream. Paris-Brest: First time trying this classic French dessert, filled with cream, hazelnut almond praline, roasted hazelnuts, and almond slices. Both desserts are quite substantial, and by the end, I really couldn't eat anymore, mainly because they were a bit too sweet (fruit desserts would probably be more refreshing!) The restaurant's environment is also nice, very atmospheric! There's a bar inside, an open kitchen. Outside, there's a restaurant terrace, and even small outdoor rooms for two.
