I recently visited this highly rated restaurant with three friends. Although the ambiance and initial service were fine, our experience quickly took a downturn. After spending around 1.5 hours enjoying our drinks and meals, a waiter asked us to settle the bill prematurely, without a clear explanation.
Shortly after paying, the manager approached us and asked if we could move to an unprepared table outside the terrace (where there wasn't any client and the waiters weren't going) , despite one of us having just a small amount of beer left (and I mean the glass was less than a quarter). This abrupt request, even after we mentioned we were actually leaving in 5 minutes, felt like we were being pushed out.

So we had to wait 30 minutes for the kitchen to open, ok cool - but after ordering a bottle of wine and a cheese plate, 40 minutes has gone by, and a new waiter comes over. "I'm sorry to inform you, but we have 100 people coming in and you cannot stay." No previous explanation, no compromise or highlight to make the experience less worse. Our waiter, Theos, was delightful and professional, counselled the best wine for the dishes ordered.
Food was great. Main dish was memorable. Portions were.not.huge but if you order the menu (40euros) it should be enough for a normal eater.
The menu of three courses was served in an effective gastronomic manner. I should applaude Theos for the good timing. Not too much waitiing in between dishes, just the sttic necessary.
