🗼 Paris | Good News for Those with "Restaurant Choice Syndrome"
🍽️Though this is a restaurant located in a Palace hotel, I must give it a thumbs up overall. When dining in Paris, it's all about value for money: ambiance, service, price... This Michelin-recommended restaurant tops the list in terms of cost-effectiveness. 🍽️Let's start with the head chef, Paul Pairet, the French chef who has a Michelin three-star restaurant, Ultra Violet, in Shanghai. This is his first restaurant in France. His original intention was to open a simple French restaurant in the capital of gastronomy, Paris. The menu is designed around basic French cuisine, and sometimes it's the simplest dishes that truly test a restaurant's mettle. 🍽️The restaurant specializes in French home-style flavors, with some personal touches from the chef, such as bread butter made from soybeans. This is likely due to the chef's 15 years of experience in Asia, which has influenced these creative ideas. The main dish, steak, is also one of the classics of French cuisine. I was fortunate enough to visit the kitchen and see the restaurant's storage room, which is truly lovable. 🍽️Although summer in Paris has not yet arrived, dining in the hotel's inner courtyard garden is a great pleasure, and enjoying a summery chilled cocktail is also very pleasant. Speaking of drinks, another reason to visit is their chef sommelier, Xavier Thuizat, who was voted the best sommelier in France in 2022. 🍽️If you're in Paris and unsure where to eat, this place is a great choice. You can enjoy dishes cooked with care in a home-style French setting. Oh, and remember to order the soufflé when you visit; you won't be disappointed! #Paris #FoodRecommendations #WhatToEatInParis #ParisianRestaurants #FrenchCuisine #France #PaulPairet #FoodReviews
