I had the pleasure of dining at Nonos during my recent trip to Paris, and I can't help but share the amazing experience I had. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the sommelier, Jocelyn, who set the tone for an exceptional Lunch. Upon expressing my interest in exploring the extensive wine list, Jocelyn took charge and recommended a bottle through a blind tasting. To my surprise, his choice turned out to be a hidden gem, not the one I had anticipated but an exquisite discovery – a true testament to his expertise. The entire team's attentiveness added to the impeccable service. Nonos struck the perfect balance between a cozy bistro atmosphere and refined dining. It's a rarity to find such a blend in Paris, making the experience even more special. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, while the service and dishes reflected the finest aspects of fine dining. The Egg Caviar was an absolute standout, a delicacy that you simply can't miss. Additionally, the Hanger Steak with fries proved to be a classic done right – a hearty and satisfying choice that paired beautifully with the recommended wine. And let's not forget the unforgettable Soufflé au Fromage. This dish left me speechless – a perfect blend of flavors and textures that showcased the culinary mastery of Nonos' kitchen. In summary, Nonos is a culinary gem that encapsulates the essence of a perfect Parisian experience. The combination of a warm and welcoming ambiance, impeccable service led by Jocelyn, and a menu that balances classic favorites with innovative creations, makes this restaurant a must-visit for anyone seeking a truly memorable gastronomic adventure in Paris. If you're in search of a restaurant that effortlessly combines the charm of a bistro with the sophistication of fine dining, look no further than Nonos. It's a place where culinary dreams come true, leaving an indelible mark on your Parisian memories.

A must try in Paris ! Dining at Nonos in Paris was an absolute delight — a true celebration of classic French cuisine delivered with elegance and warmth. We began our meal with a beautifully presented foie gras, accompanied by jewel-toned fruit gelées and crusty, artisanal bread. The foie gras was silky and delicately seasoned, a perfect example of the refined starters that French gastronomy is known for. The bread, hearty and well-baked, added rustic charm to the dish. For the main course, the steak-frites was outstanding. The steak arrived perfectly grilled with defined char lines, juicy and rich in flavor. The fries were golden and crispy, clearly hand-cut and made with care — far above your average side dish. A small sauce of bearnaise adding an extra layer of indulgence to the plate. Desserts at Nonos were equally impressive. One dish featured a luxurious cherry compote paired with what appeared to be a pistachio — the contrast of deep fruit flavors with the creamy, slightly nutty scoop was divine. Another standout was a classic strawberries and cream served in an elegant glass coupe. The whipped cream was visibly flecked with vanilla bean, fresh and luscious, sitting atop ripe, sweet berries — a simple pleasure done right. The overall ambiance was relaxed yet refined, with thoughtful table settings and attentive service that never felt rushed. A child’s tablet and water bottle on the table also hinted that the restaurant is welcoming to families, balancing sophistication with a casual charm that’s rare to find. In short, Nonos delivers a memorable Parisian dining experience, combining tradition with just the right touch of modern sensibility. Whether you're visiting for a romantic meal, a family dinner, or a leisurely lunch, this restaurant is a gem well worth seeking out.

Brasserie food with a Michelin-level taste at a brasserie price! A hidden gem nestled within the walls of a Parisian icon (no other than Hotel DE CRILLON s’il vous plaît), this restaurant had our bellies when we laid eyes on the menu. The food selection was well-thought-of, and the wine list is curated and extensive that you can compare it to a religious bible.

Escargots, fresh oysters, tarama, cote de boeuf- you name it, and they have it, delivering the promise of an authentic Parisian brasserie. In this restaurant, you will find a fantastic selection of exceptional wines BY THE GLASS, making rare wines “accessible.” Dom Perignon P2 is offered by the glass!

Our dining experience was indeed one for the books; we felt like The lost royal family of France, thanks to Thierry, one of the directors of the hotel. From reserving a table to dessert, he ensured we had everything we needed. We were spoiled by the excellent service associates who took care of us, namely Basile, Jocelyn, Margaux, and Manon, who patiently guided us through the menu while ensuring that our table was always attended to. Their recommendations were on-point. Their attention to detail, all while keeping discretion and enough space for us to enjoy our time, is rare nowadays in a bustling restaurant scene.

LEGIT BRASSERIE? YES. We are looking forward to coming back.

WORTH TRYING/ ORDERING: Huitres – Caviar...
