Paris | I Couldn't Eat for Three Days After This Omakase…

✨I’ve been wanting to try the omakase at Komatsubaki in Paris for a while now, but their weekend slots are always fully booked. Finally, I managed to secure a reservation for Sunday night at 21:00. My friend and I both chose the “koma” menu and also ordered the lobster à la carte. ✨The lobster is a must-order—it was easily my favorite dish of the night. The rest of the flavors were decent but nothing extraordinary. The chefs at Komatsubaki prepare all the dishes for the table first before serving them one by one. However, I personally prefer the style where sushi is handed to me immediately after it’s made, so it doesn’t sit around and lose its texture. ✨That being said, the portions were incredibly generous. I hadn’t eaten anything since Sunday morning, and after this meal, I couldn’t bring myself to eat anything on Monday or Tuesday—I was still full! In total, we had 17 courses, and I even gave the last one to my friend because I couldn’t finish it. The value for money was really high… 💰 The “koma” menu is €130 per person, with the lobster at an additional €45 per serving. Drinks are extra. 📍 Komatsubaki Paris #Paris #RestaurantHunt #ParisianLife #ParisianCuisine #ParisianEats #ParisOmakase #JapaneseFoodParis #FoodieAdventures #Omakase #JapaneseCuisine
