Paris | Langosteria 🦞 A Seafood Heaven That Takes You Back to Milan

🌟 Finally, it’s opened a branch in Paris! One of my favorite seafood restaurants in Milan, and now at Cheval Blanc, it still delivers the same high standards, perfectly recreating the classic Milanese flavors. A paradise for seafood lovers! 🌟 The view from the hotel upstairs is amazing, especially by the window seats. It’s easier to book than the Milan location, but for peak times, you’ll still need to plan ahead. 🐟 Carosello poissons crustacés: A seafood platter with a variety of fish and crustaceans. The freshness is off the charts, and the textures are delicate yet rich. If you love raw seafood, this is a must-try. 🦐 Tartare scampi et foie gras: A classic dish I order every time… scampi and foie gras tartare. The shrimp is bouncy, and the foie gras melts in your mouth—rich but not overwhelming. 🐠 H Tiepido di Mare: Slightly warmed seafood that retains its natural flavors while being served at the perfect temperature. Also a great choice. 🦞 Langoustine royal: A classic among classics! Royal langoustine, delicate and sweet, needs no seasoning—simple cooking is all it takes to shine. 🍝 Linguine Homard Bleu: Blue lobster pasta, one of the restaurant’s signature dishes! The pasta is perfectly al dente, the sauce coats it evenly, and the lobster meat is plump and juicy. Highly recommended! 🍰 Tiramisu: Light and delicate, just the right level of sweetness with a strong coffee flavor. Honestly, you could easily order two servings! 🍋 Meringue noisette et citron: A lemon and hazelnut meringue dessert—refreshing, not too heavy, and perfectly balanced between sweet and sour. If you love lemon flavors, you have to try this! #Langosteria #ParisFood #MilanSeafood #SeafoodLover #ItalianCuisine #FoodieExploration
