Paris | Perfect for Something Sweet on a Nice Day
My friend and I visited this charming vintage-style dessert shop near République! The interior is so unique, and it wasn't too crowded on a weekday afternoon. One small suggestion: it was a bit stuffy inside, though. We ordered the newly released osmanthus milk pudding bowl and taro sago bowl, both visually stunning and generously portioned. After finishing, my friend mentioned feeling a bit full (that's what a small appetite is like 😂). We also tried their classic fruit tea. I went for the strawberry camellia slush, which had a delightful camellia aroma, a cream topping, and featured water chestnut pearls and tea jelly at the bottom. Friends who don't like sweetness can opt for the sugar-free version and be perfectly fine ✅. I remember having an orange-flavored cake roll here a while back that was delicious and not too sweet, but it seems to be off the menu now . They also seem to have Guilin rice noodles, which I'll have to try next time since I was too full this visit.
