Paris 』Romantic Moments ✨
Even after hearing quite a few unsettling stories, I still can’t help but marvel at Paris’ grandeur and romance every time. There are endless exhibitions to explore 🎨, more Michelin restaurants than one could ever try 🍴, and as a taxi weaves through the city, it passes by countless palaces and historic sites — truly, “Paris is a movable feast,” and those words couldn’t be truer. I highly recommend getting the Museum Pass! Even if it might not save you money, it grants access to separate fast-track queues at many attractions 🚶♀️. Several major sites require reservations, but Parisian attractions are pretty lenient with time slots — being a bit early or late doesn’t really matter. What’s more, reservations are free tickets you can book on the attractions’ official websites, so you can hold off on buying the Pass first: make your reservations, then purchase the Pass once you arrive in Paris!😁😁😁 ▪️ The Arc de Triomphe rooftop is such a wonderful surprise! I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve been to the Montparnasse Tower before — the only real difference is that Montparnasse offers a view of Notre-Dame, but because it’s so tall and given its location, it’s hard to get good photos without a telephoto lens around 200mm 📸. The Arc de Triomphe, though, is perfectly positioned relative to the Eiffel Tower, and it’s much less crowded. With the Museum Pass, you don’t need a reservation — there’s a separate queue before security, and if you can’t find it, just ask a staff member! At the Louvre, the Museum Pass lets you use the group entrance through the side archway — skipping the long queue at the main entrance is such a relief! I’d recommend going a bit later in the afternoon, staying until around 5:30 PM — in the half-hour before closing, the crowd around the Mona Lisa thins out a lot, and you can finally really look at the painting instead of just the sea of heads 😌. A quick tip near Notre-Dame: if you’re prone to allergies and visiting Paris in April or May, be sure to bring medication and a mask 😷! The plane tree pollen gets blown everywhere — it’s inescapable. I had my first allergy reaction here, with an itchy throat, and it was so uncomfortable! #Paris #France #Photography #PhotoSpots #EuropeTravel #ParisPhotoSpots #OrdinaryRomance #TheWorldThroughMyEyes
