Paris Atmospheric Date Restaurant Review 🌟

🌟 Mallory GABSI, the head chef, is a young Belgian chef who made it to the semifinals of the 11th season of the TV show "MasterChef" and co-hosted TV programs including "Gourmet Night" with Chef Philippe. Another head chef, 🌟 Louis FESTA, owns his own restaurant, Restaurant Les Singuliers, in Saint-Astier in south-central France. He particularly emphasizes the use of local produce and has a creative philosophy that praises nature. 🌟 The menu is composed of signature dishes from both head chefs: Appetizers (three courses) Louis Festa's sturgeon + Mallory Gabsi's grilled lobster Louis Festa's lentil with caviar sauce + Mallory Gabsi's duck breast Louis Festa's peanut lemon tart Mallory Gabsi's truffle chocolate Desserts (three small sweets) Mallory's menu is simple and delicious with exquisite but somewhat boring presentation. In comparison, I personally appreciate Louis's creative use of local ingredients, even though some flavors might be subjectively hard to accept. It's unknown when they will collaborate again, but if interested, both restaurants are worth trying. 🌟 The GABSI restaurant features a semi-open kitchen with limited seating, so it's best to make a reservation a month in advance. There is a private booth with a mirrored ceiling that can accommodate 4-5 people, and this is the only table decorated with Christofle's cutlery 🥚 box; you might try requesting the booth when making a reservation. The other seats are also full of atmosphere, perfect for dates, with fewer overhead lights, making it a bit dark for photos. #AtmosphereRestaurant #RestaurantRecommendation #MichelinRestaurantExploration #Cuisine #FrenchCuisine #HiddenGemRestaurants #FoodExploration #DateNightRestaurant #BirthdayRestaurant #ParisRestaurant #ParisDateNightRestaurant #ParisMichelinRestaurant #Paris
