Paris Brunch Exploration | Kozy Lives Up to Its Reputation

🧩The bread underneath the Sexy Benny Egg turned out to be brioche, soft and fluffy. The pork floss on top has a mildly spicy flavor, paired with spinach and pickled onions. ❣️The salmon pancake has a soft and fluffy texture, with the cured salmon topped with maple syrup, offering a rich and balanced sweet and savory taste. 🥹We ordered a Flat White and an Ice Cafe Vanilla, both of which were very good. This is a brunch spot worth revisiting. It truly deserves its 4.9 rating. 👍Kozy has three locations in Paris, and we went to the one near Notre Dame in the 5th district.
