Paris Brunch Review: Benedict's Foie Gras Burger
📍 Address: 19 Rue Sainte-Croix de la Bretonnerie, 75004 Paris ⏰ Time: Walked in at 3 p.m. on Monday. The place was not crowded, and the environment was spacious, bright, and refreshingly comfortable. 🍴 Dish Review (for two): 1️⃣ Bone Marrow (Os à Moelle) - €13 👉 It wasn't particularly impressive. It tasted like regular bone marrow and was a bit greasy. However, it was balanced by the included bread and vegetables. Overall, it was average. 2️⃣ Benedict Burger - €29.5 👉 Highly Recommended! The patty is super thick and juicy, and the bread is incredibly soft. The foie gras flavor is subtle and doesn't overpower the meat. There's just a slight aftertaste. It can be a bit rich, so I suggest pairing it with a sweet and sour drink (like passion fruit slush, which is great for cutting through the richness!). The accompanying fries are also excellent—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Perfect! 3️⃣ Avocado Egg Toast (Oeuf Avocado) - €16.5 👉 My friend ordered this. The avocado was very fresh, and the runny egg was cooked just right. If you like a refreshing taste, give it a try. (I didn't taste it, so I can't comment further.) 💰 Average Cost: Around €30 per person 🌟 Overall Rating: It's a decent experience. The burger and fries are worth trying, but it's not a must-visit in Paris. If you happen to be tired from shopping in the Marais district, this is a good spot to relax. #ParisianFood #ParisBrunch #Benedict #BenedictParis
