🦋The renowned number one croissant of 2023, located in the Galeries Lafayette. If you’re visiting Paris, you’ll likely head to the Galeries Lafayette, and you can conveniently grab breakfast here. Croissant Crispy, medium to large in size, with very rich layers and large air pockets. The buttery aroma is strong and delightful. 🦋Napoleon The most impressive part is the cream—rich and smooth, but not artificially slick or overly sweet like some buttercreams. The vanilla seeds add depth to the flavor and aroma. Perhaps because I bought it in the afternoon and had it in the evening, the puff pastry wasn’t super crispy, but it was still delicious and quite large. 🦋There are many rave reviews online, but also some cautionary posts. My take is that in terms of taste and texture, it’s definitely excellent. The downside is the high price, long queues, and a bit of disorganization since no one is managing the lines.
