🍷🗼 Paris Discovery | Vinegar and Onion? Not a Weird Dish at All!

Today, I'm recommending a Parisian French restaurant that's a feast for the eyes with its colorful decor! At the entrance, there's a large pink marble bar surrounded by tall red leather armchairs, and the walls are adorned with advertisements and antique sculptures in turquoise blue. Every snapshot is picture-perfect~🥰 🌟 Tartare de boeuf (Beef Tartare) for 15€ A must-have main dish for only 15€! The beef tartare is so satisfying. Spicy with a hot sauce, it's undeniably fresh, smooth in texture, and rich in flavor! The accompanying vegetable salad is dressed with vinaigrette and mustard seeds. Their complimentary bread is also delicious, freshly baked with a moist and chewy interior and a crispy exterior, leaving you utterly content! 🌟 Hampe de Boeuf (Grilled Steak) for 16€ Served with a generous portion of fries that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they pair perfectly with the Dijon mustard mayonnaise. The steak has a rich charcoal-grilled flavor, and when it's served, the entire restaurant fills with the aroma of the Maillard reaction! It's a bit tough to cut, but each bite is juicy and filled with the natural beef flavor, making it unbeatable! 🌟 Poireaux vinaigrette (Vinegar and Onion) for 7€ I first saw this dish on a travel show and couldn't understand this classic French dish. I finally ordered it this time, and it had an unexpectedly wonderful flavor! Mustard seeds and vinegar with boiled onions, which have lost all their pungency, are incredibly tasty! It feels like a vegetable appetizer and is not strange at all! If you dine at this restaurant, this dish is a must-try! #ParisPrivateCar #EuropePrivateCar #EuropeTravel #FranceSwitzerlandItaly #TravelFSI #ParisTravel #ParisFood
