Paris Food Hunt | French Cuisine for €16! 😱🍽️
This isn’t just affordable; it's practically free! 😳 I stumbled upon this gem while browsing the map, and after just one visit, it shot straight to the top of my favorite French restaurants list thanks to its incredible value and taste. I hesitated to share it, but hey, good things are bound to be discovered sooner or later! 😆 Weekday Lunch Menu: Only €16 for two courses, or €21 for the full set! What's even better? The quality here is leagues above the typical budget French “bouillon” places. This is modern, refined French cuisine, with every pairing carefully crafted! 🌟✨ Starters: Tuna Slices: Literally melt-in-your-mouth! 😋 Silky texture that’s mild and refreshing, especially with the added tang of kumquat. I could definitely go for a second plate! 🍊 Caramelized Pork: Paired with a smooth purée that I think is parsnip—sweet and creamy! The pork itself is firm and caramelized to perfection, with a hint of chestnut flavor. Reminds me of the main dish from Jaja. It’s not dry, but if you prefer juicy meats, maybe skip this one. 🥄🍖 Mains: Braised Veal with Roasted Pumpkin and Pumpkin Purée: The tenderness is unreal! Just a touch of the fork, and it falls apart. Perfectly savory, with the pumpkin purée adding a sweet and creamy contrast, and a touch of greens to balance it all out. Can they make this a permanent item? 🥹🎃 Lamb Meatballs: My friend loved it! I’m not a fan of lamb, as it’s too gamey for me, but the vegetable side is amazing! My friend passed me the roasted eggplant, which was soft and had a natural sweetness—I loved it! 🥰🍆 The portions are generous, so I had no room for dessert 😭—though the tiramisu and pear tart looked tempting. Next time, for sure! The daily menu changes, but the quality remains consistently high. 💯 #Paris #ParisTravel #ParisFood #LivingInParis #FoodHunt #ParisFoodHunt #Plog #FrenchCuisine #ParisFrenchCuisine #ParisDailyLife
