Maslow After a long wait, I finally came with friends to try this vegetarian Tapas place, perfect for drinking and chatting over a party. 🎉 👍👍 Fried Eggplant and Cucumber, coated in flour and mixed spices, these eggplant and cucumber strips are a bit oily but very flavorful. 👍👍 Focaccia with Grilled Cheese, Onions, and Mushrooms, rich in both texture and taste. 👍 Fried Mushrooms (Pseudo Pork Steak) really captures the essence of fried pork steak, a delight for 🍄 lovers, a whole large mushroom coated in breadcrumbs and fried, served with soy sauce. 😅 Ricotta was just so-so, too simple, no surprising seasoning, the menu mentioned 'smoked' but it's unclear where that comes through... not necessary. 📒 Overall, it was very good! 👍 Lived up to expectations, a successful try at a new concept vegetarian restaurant! #ParisExploration #ParisFood #FrenchCuisine #RestaurantRecommendation #ParisVegetarianRestaurant #Vegetarianism #VegetarianRestaurant #ParisTravel #Paris
