🌟 Paris Hidden Gem: The Magical Fairground Museum 🪄🔮

Les Pavillons de Bercy - Musée des Arts Forains Hands down, this was the most fun stop in Paris for me. I’ve never seen such a dreamy, interactive museum filled with so many retro fairground elements. It’s perfect for both adults and kids! 🎠✨ Make sure to book your tickets online in advance. There are guided tours in both French and English. I didn’t get the English tour, but it didn’t affect the experience—the guide still explained things in simple English. (But if you don’t speak French and want a detailed tour, you’ll need to book one of the twice-weekly English tours.) 🎫🗣️ Be punctual! The museum operates on a timed-entry system, and all visitors must join a guided group. I was 10 minutes late and got locked out, but thankfully, a kind Chinese person who spoke French helped us get into the next group. The entire tour lasts over 2 hours, and it’s totally worth it! ⏰🚪 The museum’s style is lavish with a touch of dark whimsy, like stepping into a fantasy movie. Besides admiring the exquisite fairground attractions, you can also ride many of them—I went on three different carousels! There’s even a musical puppet show in between. The French kids were totally into it, and by the end, I was exhausted from all the fun! 🎪🤹‍♀️ #HiddenParisGems #ParisMuseums #ParisFairgrounds #SoloMuseumTrips #AlwaysBelieveInFairytales #OffTheBeatenPathEurope #HiddenTravelSpots #ENFP #NoStayAtHomeChallenge
