Paris Michelin Restaurant Recommendation | Nakatani 🌟
Michelin one-star 🌟 Japanese-French fusion cuisine Chef: A Japanese chef with 20 years of experience in French cuisine (very handsome). The chef is very gentlemanly and occasionally comes out to plate the dishes himself. 🍽️Official website reservation: The menu offers a four-course, six-course, and ten-course meal. We reserved the six-course meal (two appetizers + two main courses + two desserts), which was originally priced at 125€ per person. Later, the waiter told us that we could have Wagyu beef for an additional three main courses, so we chose the Wagyu option, which increased the price to a ten-course meal for 165€ per person. Interior decoration: Simple and warm, with tableware from the French brand Christofle, very upscale and exquisite. 🍽️Dining experience: The waiter first inquires about and provides wine pairings, followed by small snacks and vegetable soup (a shot), and then the dishes begin. Each course is served with corresponding cutlery, and before the main course, there are small bread rolls with butter to ensure you're satisfied. I particularly enjoyed the first appetizer and two main courses. The salmon + fatty fish liver was topped with matcha powder and served with a smooth vegetable sauce like ice cream, a very unique taste. The first main course's vegetables were delicious, stir-fried in oil, very fragrant, somewhat like Chinese cuisine. The second Wagyu was the best of the night, with rich, sweet beef that literally burst with oil juices in your mouth. In the end, including wine and service charges, the total for two people was 372€. Dining duration: 7:30-10:30, a three-hour meal. Towards the end, we were a bit impatient, haha, mainly because each dish required clearing the plates and re-setting the table, which took a long time. There were also some additional snacks outside of the set menu, so overall, it was a good experience. #MichelinRestaurantExploration #FrenchCuisine #ParisFood
