Mallory Gabsi For me, I thought it was very delicious. I ordered their 185💶 option, and the most memorable was P5, the cocoa root stem (a bit forgotten), and the smoked fish seemed like eel. The lobster and wagyu beef were really tasty, and even the sauce was filled with lobster meat! 🌟Can you believe that the one shaped like a white mushroom was actually lamb kidney? I usually find even the kidneys from barbecue places a bit gamey, but this one had no smell at all. Then, for the final dessert, they used Christmas tree leaves, torched them, and ground them into powder to sprinkle on the dessert. It was very novel and delicious! Coming to Paris and experiencing authentic French cuisine is a very experiential part of the trip. Prices do go up during the Olympics, but one great thing about France is that there is no service charge! The overall dining experience was fantastic, except for a few flying insects. 🌟 #Paris #Michelin #ParisTravel #HiddenGemSharing #MichelinRestaurantExploration #WagyuBeef #Lobster #MichelinRestaurant
