Paris Must-Eat Foods 🍽️ | High-Value French Feast Recommendations 🇫
1⃣️ Lou Cantou (Near Galeries Lafayette) The best value-for-money French feast in Paris! Two people had a meal with wine and were stuffed for only 88 euros. It's very close to Galeries Lafayette. Without wine, it's about 20-30 euros per person, and we were super full with leftovers! 📍 Navigation: 35 Cite d'Antin, 75009 Paris 📝 Recommended Dishes: For appetizers, we had squid, grilled eggplant, snails, and for the main course, we had beef tartare (be cautious if you're not a fan of raw meat), pork sausage, and for dessert, apple pie, and cheesecake (save some room for dessert, French desserts are exceptional, the cakes are incredibly delicious, highly recommended!) 🙋🏻♀️ Service: The staff were super enthusiastic, greeted us in Chinese, and even took a group photo for us. 🧑🍳 Reservations: You can call ahead on Google Maps to reserve a window seat. We went around 18:00 and got a table right away. 2⃣️ Café De Flore One of the most famous coffee shops in Paris, it's one of the three famous coffee shops on the Left Bank of the Seine. The song "Seine River - Left Bank Coffee" by Jay Chou refers to Café De Flore. Hemingway, Xu Zhimo, and Picasso were regulars here. It even hosted Premier Zhou Enlai! If you like to check in at internet-famous shops, this is the place, but be aware of potential queues and service issues due to its popularity. 📍 Navigation: 172 Bd Saint-Germain, 75006 Paris 📝 Recommended Dishes: Napoleon cake, Irish coffee; to avoid the queue and based on some reviews on小红书, we didn't have a full meal at Café De Flore and just had a snack and left. 🧑🍳 Reservations: Line up directly at the door. There were already people lining up at 10:00. Follow the beautiful staff's arrangements. After entering, ordering and paying take time as they are quite busy. 3⃣️ Café de l'Empire (Near Musée d'Orsay) Also highly rated on Google Maps, this small shop is known for its confit duck legs. 📍 Navigation: 17 Rue du Bac, 75007 Paris 🧑🍳 Reservations: It's recommended to book in advance or arrive early to line up. We had lunch before visiting the Musée d'Orsay and arrived around 12:00 without having to wait. By 12:30, a queue had started to form outside. 📝 Recommended Dishes: Confit duck legs, foie gras chicken legs? I forgot the exact names. What's most interesting about French restaurants is that the outer chairs are all arranged facing outwards, allowing you to enjoy your meal while admiring French handsome men 👀. Secondly, the tables are incredibly small, I guess it's because space is at a premium, even my small frame struggles to fit. I won't post the not-so-good restaurants in Paris during our trip here, I'll add more later if I have the chance! #ParisRestaurantRecommendations #ParisFoodRecommendations #ParisTravelGuide
