🎨I happened to be in the area on Saturday morning, so I made a last-minute reservation at this restaurant. Every dish was delicious and worth recommending! 🍣Tartare de Daurade Royale: This is a raw fish dish with a distinct Japanese flavor profile. I think the yuzu and ponzu flavors could be a bit more intense, but overall, it was still very tasty and refreshing. Araignée de Porc: This dish felt like a very homey main course. The red onion ketchup that came with it was delicious, adding a nice balance of sweetness and acidity to the dish. 🍽️🍰Filet de Turbot: The turbot was cooked to perfection, almost flawless except for the slightly burnt skin. The kumquat pickle that accompanied it introduced a unique and distinctive flavor. 🍽️🌟Profiterole: The choux pastry was filled with coconut ice cream, and the bottom was a mix of chocolate sauce and chocolate crisp. The chocolate flavor was rich, just the way I love it – dark chocolate! If you find it too bitter, you can eat it with the ice cream. The dessert was moderately sweet and not cloying, leaving me very satisfied. The experience was delightful, and I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates refined cuisine! #Paris #ParisFood #ParisRestaurantExploration #FrenchCuisine #Food
