This weekend, I finally got to try it with friends, and it was worth the wait! 🗼Juste is a seafood restaurant from Brittany, founded by someone who thought Parisian seafood was just too expensive. The goal was to make seafood more accessible and affordable, so they opened Juste! Seafood in Paris can be pricey, and as a seafood lover, I rarely get to indulge here. 🗼They offer 12 oysters for just €20—so fresh, sweet, and plump! They even have their own partnered supplier. Other shellfish and seafood tapas are generally under €10, and their fried little fish is amazing! Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious.
