Paris Surrounding Trip | Rouen Restaurant Recommendations 🌟
This place serves French cuisine, the restaurant is named Le 6ème Sens, and it's conveniently located right by the square 📍 I usually look at the set menus first, there are two options, priced at 36€ and 46€, which include appetizers, bread, starters, main courses, and desserts. I didn't take a photo of the appetizers, but the bread was plentiful and warm, which I really liked! 🍞 For the 36€ menu, I chose the beef dumplings 🥟 which might be a bit salty for those with a lighter palate, the main course was lamb chops which were quite good, and for dessert, I chose the roasted pear which would be loved by those with a sweet tooth. 🍐 For the 46€ menu, I picked the scampi, which I thought from the menu would be crayfish 🦞 but it turned out to be scampi, and it was delicious 👍 very flavorful! The main course was scallops, which came with creamed mushrooms and a salty pickle-like side that was really tasty 😋. The edges of the scallops were grilled, giving a smoky, salty, and rich texture, which was great. For dessert, I chose chocolate but it turned out to be white chocolate with a raspberry jam center, the sourness balanced the sweetness and there was a hint of mint freshness, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to finish such a large piece of white chocolate. 🍫 Overall, the experience was pleasant, the interior decoration was very comfortable, and the service was attentive. Many families with children and elderly people came for gatherings, catering to all age groups. The portion sizes were smaller than the French cuisine I had last time, and the cost-performance ratio was average, but it mainly gave a very comfortable feeling! 😊 #HiddenGemRestaurant #WeekendExploration #FoodDaily #RouenDaily #Food #FrenchCuisine #ParisSurroundingTrip
