Parisian French Cuisine | Cozy Bistro with Ambiance 🍷
The walls of the entire restaurant are lined with red wines, white wines, whiskies, and the owner will recommend the perfect match based on your preferred taste. 🍇 The chalkboard menu features seasonal dishes; the appetizer of beef marrow with toasted bread is incredibly fragrant. It's a bit mild, but you can add salt to taste. The snails in mushroom sauce are shelled and tender, with a mix of oyster mushrooms inside. 🍄 For the main course, we ordered steak, which was tender and flavorful. We also tried ris de veau, or sweetbreads in English, which were quite good—strange yet delightful, with a texture similar to pig's brain. 🥩 I hesitated to try the beef kidney, so I backed out, haha! 😄 The dessert, a chocolate mousse, was incredibly light, and the red wine chocolate sauce with poached pears was delicious! 🍰 #FrenchRestaurant #ParisFood #FrenchCuisine #ParisExploration #Paris
