🌟 Pavyllon London | The Modern Flair of French Cuisine
The ambiance is super chill, and the waiters are humorous, throwing in some French phrases here and there~ The restaurant and bar are in the same area, so it’s not super quiet, but dinner is at the bar, so your back might get a bit tired after a while. Starters They served four adorable little appetizers, one with caviar filling, another with a flavor similar to coriander, all delicious 👍🏻 OBSIBLUE PRAWNS:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The prawns are crispy, paired with a white bean sauce and crispy rice puffs on top, a dish with layers of texture and flavor. EGG WITH PRUNIER OSCIETRA CAVIAR 🌟🌟🌟: Those who love caviar will probably adore this. It looks like a poached egg on the outside, but when cut open, it reveals a yolk and caviar oozing out, visually stunning. The accompanying bread is fried and dipped in caviar and yolk – so fragrant, but it can get a bit fishy after a while. CHEESE SOUFFLÉ 🌟🌟🌟: The texture is like a baked egg with cheese, very strong cheese flavor, slightly salty. This dish is best enjoyed slowly; it can be overwhelming if you eat too much. Main Course COQUILLETTE:🌟🌟🌟 Maybe we had too many starters, so we were quite full by the time the main course arrived. The bone marrow was still very flavorful, but personally, I’m not a fan of it with caviar. It’s quite salty overall, needing a sip of water after each bite. I think bone marrow pairs better with garlic, while caviar and bone marrow are like creatures from two different worlds, forced together in a collision of land and sea 💥 The pasta is shaped like risotto and has a nice chew. SEABASS:🌟🌟🌟🌟 After all that caviar, it felt like finally eating the “mother” of the dish. The fish was tender, served with spinach green juice. This dish didn’t leave a strong impression; it was just decent. LAMB CUTLET:🌟🌟🌟🌟 The meat was tender and paired with a refreshing basil and fennel sauce, making it less greasy. Dessert MANGO&COCONUT MILLE-FEUILLE 🌟🌟🌟: A bit disappointing as the mango didn’t have much mango flavor, just a hint of sourness and coconut. The layers felt separate, not delivering that burst of texture in one bite. The mango was too cold, and there was little cream. The top and bottom crispy layers were delicious; it would have been better with ripe mango. Chocolate Mousse Birthday Cake 🎂:🌟🌟🌟🌟 Very rich and not overly sweet, with a smooth texture. Drinks White forest 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Delicious! Tastes like boiled apple water~ Sweet and perfect for non-alcoholic ladies! #LondonRestaurants #Pavyllon #LondonLife #LondonExploring #RestaurantRecommendations #HiddenGemRestaurants #LondonFrenchCuisine #LondonDateNight #RestaurantRecommendations #LondonFood
