📌Dishes The two of us ordered quite a few dishes and had two rounds of drinks, with an average cost per person of around $150. 🌊 The bread served before the meal was really delicious. The gold coin chocolates given out after the meal tasted just like the ones I had when I was a kid. 1️⃣ For the appetizer, we had the Caesar salad, which was paired with finely ground Roman pecorino cheese and croutons. The addition of the cheese added some depth to the salad. Although I'm not very knowledgeable about cheese, I can definitely say that the overall taste was not your ordinary Caesar salad. If you like cheese or Western appetizers, you should definitely order it. 2️⃣ Every table orders the USDA Prime steak. The T-bone is half Striploin and the other half Tenderloin. The Striploin has a bit of chewiness, with a rich meaty aroma and a noticeable oiliness; the Tenderloin, being the tenderest part of the cow, has less fat and a finer texture, which I really love. When it's served, the plate is hot, and the waiter will lift the plate and evenly drizzle the hot meat juices over the steak, making sure the cut surface of the steak gets a little heat from the plate. 🌊 The medium-rare steak has a crispy outer layer, while the inside is sweet and tender with a hint of fruitwood flavor. #PeterLugerSteakHouse
