This is the Las Vegas location inside Caesars Palace. We went for lunch after watching The Wizard of Oz at the Sphere (didnβt catch an apple, so erkelly sad ππ). Since I often struggle with choices, I went for their prix fixe lunch menu: Appetizer: Thick-cut bacon π₯ Main: Dry-aged ribeye steak π₯ Side: Creamed spinach π₯¬ Dessert: Sundae π¦ The thick-cut bacon was a highlight β rich and smoky without being greasy, paired perfectly with their tangy-sweet sauce. The dry-aged ribeye was outstanding β perfectly charred on the outside yet tender, with deep, buttery flavor from the aging process. The creamed spinach was generous in portion, creamy and smooth without feeling heavy. Dessert was decent but not memorable β a classic sundae topped with walnuts.
