Philadelphia: Why Didn't I Discover This Italian Restaurant Earlier?
🌟 Luna BYOB 227 S 20th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103 🍞 Pre-meal Bread: Fluffy bread served with olive oil. Personally, I prefer butter, so it didn’t make much of an impression on me. It was complimentary. 🍝 PAPPARDELLE: You can ask for some cheese to be sprinkled on top. The lamb had no gamey flavor for us; it was very fragrant. The pasta had a texture similar to thicker wonton wrappers—soft rather than chewy, which suited our taste perfectly! We finished every last bite. $25 🍞Scallops with Truffle Mushroom Risotto: The aroma was incredible! The rice was a bit bland, while the scallops were savory and salty. Together, they complemented each other perfectly. $32 Pork Chop: This is the best pork chop I’ve had in the 🇺🇸 so far! The outside was crispy, while the inside was not tough at all and even a bit juicy. There was no porky flavor to worry about. Highly recommended! $36 🍞For dessert, they offer tiramisu, pear ice cream, and more, but I didn’t order any. Instead, I went next door to 1-900-ICE-CREAM and had some ice cream, which was also delicious! Before coming, I looked up the restaurant and found not many posts about it. I managed to avoid some potentially disappointing dishes and was fortunate that the three dishes we ordered all suited my and my dog’s taste buds! I highly recommend this place to everyone! #100StoreExploration #DinnerTonight #Philadelphia #PhillyFood
