The servers are awesome, full of positive energy — with every order they’d cheer, “Great choice!” or “I love that!” 😄 🍞 Complimentary Bread Someone once said, “The bread and butter at every fine dining spot tells a story.” Their bread looks like a mushroom 🍄 — hollow inside. Freshly baked with scallion aroma, just the right saltiness, and a slightly sweet aftertaste. 🍽️ Appetizers 🐟 Tuna Tartare – Tuna cubes like jelly, served with house-made chips — explosive texture. 🐚 Seared Diver Scallop – Three super tender scallops topped with caviar and a special cream sauce. The sweetness of scallops, slight saltiness of caviar, and tangy cream blend beautifully. Highly recommend! 🥩 Main – A5 Tomahawk Steak 16 oz after de-boning, perfect for sharing. We also added bone marrow and foie gras. The wagyu bursts with juice — fatty and delicious. Foie gras was tiny but tasty. Bone marrow is very rich — skip if you dislike oily dishes. 🍮 Dessert – Crème Brûlée Delicious! Rich banana flavor, not too heavy. 🍹 Cocktails 🍸 Metropolitano – Classic cocktail with ginger and lemon — fragrant and refreshing. 🥃 Whiskey in Paradise – Strong (pretty much all liquor in the recipe) — sweet upfront with a coconut aftertaste.
