Philadelphia|The Italian Restaurant That Never Disappoints: Osteria 🍝

A friend recommended this spot — and it really is delicious! 🥩 Beef Carpaccio – Really good quality, probably the best I’ve had in Philly so far. You can taste the freshness, and the seasoning isn’t overpowering — unlike many places that make their carpaccio too salty. 🐙 Grilled Octopus – Nicely charred and fragrant, served with fresh veggies that cut through the richness. A well-balanced dish! 🍕 Funghi Pizza – I think this is Neapolitan-style pizza? First time trying it and wow — super thin yet soft and chewy, not dry at all. The mushrooms were dressed in balsamic — tangy and sweet — and the cheese was generous. Delicious! 🍗 Wood-Fired Chicken – Also good, crispy outside and tender inside as described. Though the sauce underneath was a bit too sweet for my taste, and honestly… I still prefer the roast chicken at Little Water 😅. 🍸 Zero-Proof Cocktail – Tost Rosé – Highly recommended! Made with elderflower — I absolutely love that flavor. (This restaurant really knows how to use vinegar well!) #HiddenGem #Philadelphia #PhillyFood #ItalianCuisine #PhillyStudents #PhillyRestaurants
