Philadelphia | Middle Eastern Brunch to Celebrate an Ordinary Weekend

šŸ“ Suraya My friend was back in Philadelphia, and we decided to meet for lunch. As a fan of Middle Eastern cuisine, I suggested this place, which had been on my list for a long time. It turned out that it was also on my friend’s list, but we just hadn’t gotten around to it. So, we quickly agreed and made our plans. As soon as our server came over, she asked us what we were celebrating. We looked at each other, and my friend said, ā€œCelebrating life.ā€ šŸ„‚ An ordinary weekend, pleasant weather, and a long-awaited reunion with a friend—these are all things worth celebrating! 😁 The restaurant offers a fixed-price brunch on Saturday mornings, which includes five mezze dishes and one main course per person. The portions are quite generous, and almost every table leaves with a doggy bag. However, there’s a bit of a catch: even if you’re a large group, the mezze portions don’t seem to increase... šŸ¤” The mezze dishes are pretty classic and all very tasty. The Baba Ganoush has a pronounced smoky flavor, which I really enjoyed! The Muhammara was also quite good. One interesting thing is that their pita bread is served in a paper bag, perhaps to keep it warm. It’s definitely soft and fragrant. 😁 #Philadelphia #Penn #MyStudyAbroadLife #DocumentingWithFood #PhiladelphiaRestaurantReview #LebaneseCuisine
