Philadelphia | The Best Korean Food? Full Table Steaming with Happines

📍Dubu 1333 W Cheltenham Ave , Elkins Park, PA 19027 It’s right next to H Mart! So convenient to shop and then eat here—pure bliss 😊. Perfect for Korean food lovers. Here’s my real experience. 🥢 Appetizers / Side Dishes They served us complimentary salad, fried fish, kimchi, lotus root slices... Classic Korean restaurant move, super generous haha~ 🍝 Main Dishes / Hot Plates 🍡 Spicy Rice Cakes (Tteokbokki): The sauce is thick, sweet and spicy. The rice cakes are soft and chewy but not sticky. The pan-fried dumplings soaking up the sauce are the highlight—so fragrant. Best enjoyed hot! 🦪 Seafood Scallion Pancake: Crispy on the outside, tender scallions and squid inside. Dip it in soy sauce while it’s hot for the best flavor. Gets a bit greasy when cool, so finish it fast. 🦑 Squid Bibimbap in Stone Pot: Sizzling when it arrives! Mix it up—the rice, spicy sauce, and crispy bits at the bottom are amazing. The squid is tender and flavorful. 🥩 Grilled Beef Short Ribs (Galbi): Thick, well-marinated, slightly sweet, and super tender. Saw it on almost every table—highly recommend! 🍲 Soups Beef Soup: This one was a letdown 😕. Tasted like kimchi boiled directly—just salty and a bit sour. Seafood Soup: Much better than the beef version. Has clams and shrimp, the broth is mildly spicy with a hint of seafood sweetness. Perfect for a chilly day. The restaurant is small but clean. It can get a bit noisy when it’s crowded in the evening, but the service is quick—dishes came out fast! #PhillyFoodFinds #KoreanFoodDiaries #BibimbapLove #SpicyForAutumn #LifeMoments #AfterWorkEats #KoreanCuisine #StudentFoodie #PhillyEats
