Philadelphia ✨ Sofi Corner

I was so set on going to Jaime French Bakery today… only to find out they’re closed on Mondays 😭 (note to self — and to you — avoid Mondays!!). But then I turned a corner and stumbled upon Sofi Corner — instantly drawn in by the little flowers at the entrance and the vintage charm of the facade. What We Ordered: 🥐 I got the Truffle Egg — scrambled eggs so silky, so smooth, with an incredibly rich truffle aroma (truffle oil maybe?). Served with crispy toast — absolute perfection 🤤. My friend ordered the Moroccan eggs — not runny yolk, still tasty with bread, but I personally found it just okay. ☕️ Coffee comes in all kinds of flavors. I went with pistachio — delicious, with pistachio paste clinging to the cup. Just remember to stir before sipping! Other flavors: hazelnut, cookie butter, roasted marshmallow, lavender. Sadly the seasonal blossom syrup was sold out. Their croissants and baguettes are baked fresh daily 🥖, and I spotted colorful macarons and all kinds of croissant varieties! Vibe & Experience: The moment I walked in — the rich buttery scent of fresh baking hit me. They also carry lovely gift items — candles, home fragrances… the kind of place that makes girls stop and swoon. Open kitchen, super welcoming — all dishes cooked in cast iron 🍳. So pro! Only tiny flaw: the floor under the coffee machine could use a wipe — looked a little dusty there 😅. Atmosphere: 💐 Overflowing with charm — perfect for a hangout with girlfriends. Every table has its own little bouquet. The mosaic tile tables, warm-toned sofas, and soft orange cushions create such a cozy, elegant vibe. Feels like they brought a designer straight from Paris! Walls are filled with beautiful art prints — every corner is Instagrammable 📸. There’s also outdoor seating, ideal for sunny Philly days — perfect for a light dessert and photo sesh. 💰 ~$50 for two — great value! 💡 Tips: ▸ Open daily 8:00–17:00 (weekend brunch gets packed — come early!) ▸ Dinner service Fri–Sat until 22:00 — I’m definitely coming back to try it! ▸ The entrance is super photogenic — light-colored outfits recommended! A happy accident — sometimes the best surprises come from Mondays that don’t go as planned 💛. 📍 1112 Locust St, Philadelphia, PA 19107 #Philadelphia #Brunch #FrenchCafe #PhillyEats #HiddenGem #CozyVibes #ParisInPhilly 🌸
