Philadelphia Filipino Restaurant | Baby's Kusina + Market π½οΈπ΅π
π Baby's Kusina + Market 2816 W Girard Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19130 π Kinilaw Na Kampachi β $19 Pretty good! Has a noticeable ginger flavor, but even as someone who doesnβt love ginger, I could handle it. If you really canβt do ginger, ask if they can leave it out. π₯ Layered Potatoes β $11 Highly recommend! Crispy layered potatoes with a spicy sauce on top that has a bit of a Chinese vibe πΆοΈ. π Bistek β $17 Kinda like teriyaki beef over rice β tasty and satisfying! π Dinakdakan β $19.5 Crispy pork belly with a creamy, slightly tangy sauce. Served with plain rice, but I preferred pairing the pork with the saucy rice from the Bistek! π° Sans Rival β $13.5 A classic Filipino dessert β a bit sweet but enjoyable. Best shared between 2β3 people (too rich for one). The cream is thick and dense, not light and airy. The base has a slightly chewy, almost nougat-like texture. πΉ Pandan Green Tea & Matcha Both drinks had a distinct pandan flavor β refreshing and delicious! Highly recommend. #100RestaurantsChallenge #DinnerTonight #Philadelphia #PhillyFood #PhillyEats #FoodDiaries
