Philadelphia Restaurant Week|Got Lucky This Time

Philly Restaurant Week is back, and after many past disappointments (either poor value or inconsistent quality), I aimed for a place that didn’t just serve a fixed menu. Giuseppe & Sons Italian offers a $40 per person Restaurant Week menu including: 1 Appetizer + 1 Salad + 1 Side + 1 Pasta + 1 Chicken + 1 Dessert. 📌 Note: If you’re dining with 3 people, you must agree on one choice per category — they’ll serve family-style portions for three. You can’t each pick a different pasta. The portions were super generous — three of us couldn’t finish and took leftovers home! 😋 🌟🌟🌟 Appetizer – Octopus Grilled to a perfect crispy outside and tender inside, with a uniquely delicious sauce underneath. 🌟🌟🌟 Chicken – SCARPARIELLO A solid 💯! Even though it’s chicken breast, it was juicy and not dry at all. The sweet and tangy sauce was so good we wiped the plate clean! 🍸 Cocktail – Hotel Nacional (not included in RW menu, but so worth it!) Refreshing, not too sweet or strong — highly recommended! 🌟 Pasta – Sunday Gravy Meatball and sausage pasta — just okay. The pasta was a bit too al dente for me. Next time I’d like to try the MAFALDINE BOLOGNESE. 🌶️ Long Hot Pepper Side – Really spicy! Even as someone who handles Sichuan heat well, this was intense! Overall, a satisfying Restaurant Week pick! ✅ Have you tried other spots this Restaurant Week? Would love to see more Philly foodie shares here! 💬 #Philadelphia #PhillyLife #PhillyFood #ItalianCuisine #HiddenGem #PhillyRestaurants
