Philadelphia Travel Guide|3 Days & 2 Nights Eat, Drink & Play 🥳

During the fall break, I visited Philadelphia and put together a simple guide—starting with food & restaurants! 🍴 Cuba Libre Restaurant – Absolutely delicious! The seafood soup was incredible 🍲 – the creamy sweetness paired with fresh seafood elevated the dish to another level. We also ordered the Paella Marinera, which was amazing too! The much-hyped crab guacamole was just okay, but still worth a try if you're curious. 🧋 Boba King – A Korean-style bubble tea spot. Order based on your preference—their new "Cloud Yogurt" drink was a bit too sweet and heavy for me 🍬. If you're not a big sweets lover, don’t be fooled by its cute look! 🇰🇷 U-Town – A Korean restaurant near UPenn, often called the “student canteen.” It truly lives up to the hype! Classic Korean dishes are all solid—I especially loved the Galbi Tang (beef short rib soup) and tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes). ☕ Cafe La Maude – A super popular brunch spot. Maybe I wasn’t hungry enough that morning, but while it was good, it didn’t blow me away 😅. The Short Ribs Benny and Saumon Fumé were tasty though—worth a visit! 🍰 Maison Sweet – Another gem near UPenn. I loved it here! Their cakes aren’t overly sweet, perfect for those who prefer lighter desserts 🍓. We tried the strawberry cake, taro mille crepe, mango cake, and polar bear mousse—all highly recommended! 🍜 Cafe Diém – Widely praised on social media for its “spicy Vietnamese pork leg noodle soup.” Sadly, the pork wasn’t tender at all—chewing it was a workout 😩. Still flavorful though, and great value! Cash only 💵, but there’s an ATM nearby. 🌶️ Emei – Usually known as the top Sichuan spot, but it fell short this time—dishes were bland, like no salt was added 😔. However, the Pork Trotters Soup was amazing, and the Bamboo Tip & Beef Brisket Pot was also great! 🍢 Yi Pin Tian Xia – Nothing terrible, but the least memorable meal of the trip. The skewers weren’t anything special. I’ve heard their dishes are better—maybe next time! Philadelphia Sightseeing 🏛️ We visited some classic spots: Philadelphia Museum of Art 🎨 Mütter Museum (quirky & fascinating!) University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) 🏫 Washington Square Liberty Bell 🔔 Also caught views of the sea at the harbor 🌊 All are worth seeing, though the Liberty Bell and Washington Square felt more like quick photo stops than must-spend-time spots. 😊 #PhillyTravel #PhiladelphiaGuide #FoodieAdventure #PhillyEats #TravelTips #FallGetaway
