Philadelphia University City Food | Japanese Ramen with Steak
Tired of deciding what to eat at mealtime every day? Bored with the surrounding restaurants? Check out the new Japanese restaurant in University City! 👉 Tataki Ramen: They offer a wide variety of ramen. From the classic tonkotsu ramen to Tom Yum ramen, there’s definitely a flavor to suit your taste! Their main recommendations also include sushi and sashimi. The salmon, tuna, and eel are all fantastic. The signature lunch combos are convenient, delicious, and affordable! 🌟 Featured Items: Tonkotsu Ramen: The classic Japanese tonkotsu ramen with a soft-boiled egg. Rich and flavorful, it’s impossible to resist! Fried Chicken: A must-order appetizer! The crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside chicken pieces paired with spicy mayo are simply perfect. Tataki Roll: Salmon, tuna, avocado, and asparagus. It’s packed with meat. Give it a try and you’ll see! Eel and Avocado Roll: Low-fat, filling, and nutritious. Each bite is super fragrant and satisfying. 🌟Their main menu features steak ramen, shabu-shabu beef ramen, and gyudon (beef over rice). We ordered the first two and some octopus balls. The octopus balls were decent, but they seemed to have more batter than octopus. The ramen broth tasted like chicken-based, which is lighter and fresher than pork bone broth. The steak slices were about 1/3 to 1/4 the thickness of a Costco steak, but they were still tender and not overly seasoned. #PhillyFood #PhillyLife #PhillyExploration #Philadelphia #UniversityCity
