🍂 Philly’s First Fall Milk Tea|Molly Tea
I’m finally writing about it now — long after it opened — just catching the tail end of the “first milk tea of autumn” trend, even though I’ve already had it… eight, nine, ten times? 😅 I’m not usually a milk tea person, but theirs is so refreshing. Ever since they opened, whenever I think of getting a drink, I come here — seriously challenging Yogurt Prince and Chi Cha San Chen’s status 😆. 📍 Located downstairs at 3720 Chestnut, right next to Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings — I always grab their iced soy milk too 🥤. 🥇 My favorite: Pistachio Jasmine Coconut! 💚🥥 I’m obsessed with coconut water (shoutout to Harmless Harvest — the best coconut water in North America, no contest 🥥💖). This drink: pistachio cream + coconut water + jasmine tea base = so refreshing, so summery! ✨ Two ways to drink: Sip directly first, then shake the cream in. 🥈 Second favorite: White Orchid 🌸 Black cup, super classy packaging. The tea aroma is elegant and clean — no artificial aftertaste. ⚠️ Only one I don’t recommend: Peach Oolong 🍑 Weird artificial peach flavor, and the sweetest of the bunch.
