Philly | French Restaurant Little Water – Amazing Lobster
📍 Little Water 261 S 20th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103 This place gets a lot of hype online and from friends, so expectations were high—but honestly, it didn’t blow me away. The menu rotates, so some recommended dishes (like the venison tartare) weren’t available. Ratings & Reviews: 3.6/5 🌟 Vineyard Bay Scallops Raw scallops in house-made sauce. Scallops were fresh and sweet, but occasionally gritty. Sauce leaned too acidic for me. 4.0/5 🌟 Hash Brown Shredded potato cake + crab salad + Maine uni. This is their famous dish, but it was just pretty good, not mind-blowing. 4.0/5 🌟 Caesar Salad A twist with seaweed added—interesting at first, but it got increasingly sour and spicy (maybe too much vinegar or garlic). 4.5/5 🌟 Lobster Toast – BEST DISH! 🏆 Buttery toasted bread with cheesy sauce, fresh lobster meat, and shelled escargot (looked like little blueberries 😂). This alone is worth coming back for! Atmosphere: Cozy, great for dates or small gatherings. Reservations: Walk-ins only (no online booking). Price: ~$80 per person for two women, about 70% full. #Philly #PhillyFood #PhillyRestaurants #LifeInTheUS #FrenchCuisine #LittleWaterPhilly
