Philly | This Japanese Hand Roll Spot is Loaded! đŁâ¨
I donât go to Philly often, but this fresh-made Japanese hand roll spot might not be #1, but itâs definitely so good that I donât even want to try anywhere else next time. The ingredients are super fresh, the vibe is upscale-luxury, and they have a wide variety of hand rolls with prices ranging from affordable to mid to high-end. Highly recommend: Uni â Very fresh and sweet, zero fishy taste. Eel â Grilled beautifully, slightly crispy and tender.đđ Mango Shrimp Tempura â Generous fillings, rich textures. A5 Wagyu â Premium quality. You can even add uni on topâthe sweetness wraps perfectly around the rich beef. Not recommended: Blue Crab was just okay, and Foie Gras wasnât particularly fragrant.đđ They now have a happy hour MondayâThursday, 5â7 PM: Soju & Beer 50% off! I also joined their membershipâit gives you one free item from selections like Uni, Caviar, Toro, or A5 Wagyu (or a mocktail), plus premium toppings on future visits. So worth it! Sadly, Caviar and Snow Crab were sold out this timeâdefinitely coming back.đ (Chubby Nori) đ 146 N 10th St floor 2, Philadelphia, PA 19107 #PhillyFood #NJFood #NYCFood #PhillyJapanese #PhillySushi #PhillyLife #PhillyStudentEats
