Philly Food|The Best Brunch I’ve Ever Had ✨

Cafe La Maude 🥞 📍 816 N 4th St, Philadelphia, PA 19123 Hands down the best brunch I’ve ever tried in Philly! If you're visiting, put this on your list. It's a bit far from downtown — take a ride — but you can combine it with photos at the Benjamin Franklin Bridge + exploring Old City. 📌 No reservations — we went Monday morning and there were plenty of seats. 1⃣️ Brisket Huevos Rancheros ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ $19.85 (The lower plate in the pic) — Explosively delicious, must order! Four tortillas stuffed with beef and cheese — perfectly balanced. The side of tomato-bean salsa keeps it refreshing. The runny eggs were just right, and there's a mountain of crispy potatoes underneath — huge portion, couldn't finish it all! 2⃣️ Shawarma ⭐️⭐️⭐️ $19.95 (The top plate) — A colorful, generous plate with beef, scrambled eggs, avocado mash, sweet potato, green rice… but everything was just okay. The beef had a strong cinnamon note (not my thing 🆘). Pretty for photos though. 3⃣️ Hot Cappuccino ⭐️⭐️⭐️ $3.70 Solid cappuccino, nice aroma. Latte art was a tulip 🌷 but not the neatest. 4⃣️ Cafe Au Lait ❌❌ $2.50 Basically a huge mug of milk with barely any coffee flavor — and the milk had a weird spiced aftertaste. #Philly #EastCoastEats #BrunchGoals #PhillyEats #FoodDiary #FoodieLife #CoffeeTime
