I celebrated my 25th birthday at this sky-high restaurant in Philadelphia! 👑✨️🥂 It’s really rare to celebrate my birthday on time during the final week of school. The restaurant has an amazing vibe, perfect for taking photos. You can easily get some great shots without even trying! The food is pretty standard, but who cares when the photos turn out so well? 1️⃣ Main Course Recommendation: Bone-in Ribeye for Two Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The meat is incredibly tender and delicate. The portion is very generous. Although it’s meant for two, it’s more than enough for three people. The side dishes, roasted potatoes and carrots, are also amazing (even I, who usually hate carrots, thought they were delicious). 2️⃣ Appetizer Recommendation: Hash Brown with Ossetra Caviar Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Smoked salmon with caviar is a very elegant and small portion. The taste is pretty standard. If you’re not a fan of caviar, you might want to skip this one. 3️⃣ Appetizer: Octopus a la Plancha Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The grilled octopus tentacles are chewy and bouncy. However, the tips of ours were a bit overcooked and tasted a bit bitter 4️⃣ Side Dish Recommendation: Potato Puree Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The potato puree is enhanced with avocado, giving it a fantastic texture.
