Phoenix Zoo Visit Review & Complete Guide 💗
1️⃣ Overall Experience A delightful family-friendly zoo with fun interactive activities! Some animals require patience to spot (a few might even be hiding), but the experience was enjoyable overall. Spent about 2+ hours exploring the entire zoo. 📌 Reference Map: Check P2 for the zoo layout! 2️⃣ Ticket Prices Always buy online to save $2/person! 🔹 Official Website Pricing: Child (3-13): $27.95 Adult (14+): $37.95 3️⃣ Can You Bring Food? ✅ Yes! Staff don’t restrict outside food. ⚠️ Note: On-site eateries were closed during our visit (possibly due to holidays), so packing snacks/meals is highly recommended. 4️⃣ Interactive Activities 🐠 Stingray Touch ($5 + $4 for feeding) – First attraction at the entrance! Their slippery skin feels weirdly cool. 🦒 Giraffe Feeding & 🐫 Camel Rides Additional paid experiences ($4–$10) Camel rides had long queues (mostly kids) Couldn’t locate the giraffe feeding spot (might need to ask staff) 5️⃣ Important Note ‼️ 📸 Photo Upsell at Entrance: Staff take your photo upon entry; you can purchase prints inside. $35 for 1 large + 3 small photos (≈ a ticket’s cost!) We bought them as souvenirs—quality was decent! (Optional but nice for memories.) Final Verdict A great spot for a half-day family outing! Worth visiting if you're looking for a relaxed yet engaging activity in Phoenix. #PhoenixZoo #FamilyFun #ZooAdventures #ArizonaTravel #WildlifeEncounters
