Pistachio Chia Pudding 🍮 Every Bite Leaves a Lasting Impression!

After my friend’s enthusiastic recommendation, I came to try Regent’s seasonal chestnut latte, but their chia pudding totally blew me away! ☕️ Chestnut Latte: This one has a rich coffee flavor. The cream topping isn’t thick—it’s very fluid, light in texture, and easy to drink. Even though you can’t adjust the sugar level, it’s not sweet at all; in fact, it’s quite bitter. There seem to be chestnut crumbs at the bottom, which add a bit of flavor, but the overall chestnut taste isn’t very prominent. As a latte, it’s still a relatively unique option—if you want to try something different, go for it! ☕️ Matcha Latte: You can tell the matcha quality is good, but there were undissolved matcha particles settled at the bottom. That’s a small minus! 🍮 Crème de Pistache: My friend said the small fridge nearby had puddings and yogurt, and there must be something I’d like—and they were absolutely right! When I saw this was the last pistachio chia pudding left, I grabbed it right away. When I got home and tasted it, I was truly amazed! This one is lactose-intolerant friendly. From bottom to top, it’s layered as: pistachio cream + chia seeds + vegan cream + pistachio crumbs. The layers are so rich! The cream part is super smooth—its texture is no different from dairy cream! The pistachio crumbs on top are the soul of the dish; their rich, nutty flavor takes the taste to the next level! Make sure to chill it before eating!
