Pittsburgh Thai Cuisine: Noodlehead
❤️Thai Fried Chicken is incredibly fragrant! It's not the kind where there's a lot of flour coating; the skin is thin and fried to a crispy perfection, and the meat is not at all dry. Paired with sweet chili sauce, it's just perfect. ⭐Chiang Mai Curry has a curry sauce with coconut milk that neutralizes the sweetness and brings out the natural coconut aroma. It comes with egg noodles, chicken, and pickled vegetables. The flavors are just right, not at all greasy! I ordered it with medium spice, which is an acceptable level of heat for someone from the Northeast. ⭐My friend See Yew tried the Thai stir-fried wide rice noodles, which had a feel similar to Guangdong's stir-fried river noodles. The less sweet taste is really great. It's slightly sweet but never cloying. The nutritional balance is comprehensive, and the taste is fresh and sweet, which can be quite addictive. ❤️The first time I tried Pad Thai, it wasn't very good; perhaps it was because it was without sugar and no spice, making it increasingly greasy as I ate it, to the point where it felt like I was eating sugar. I didn't try the Street Noodle 1, but my classmate said it was good with fried chicken. ❤️The value for money at this Thai restaurant is quite good, with an average cost of about $15 per person, and I will definitely go back! #StudyingInUSA #PittsburghFood #FoodRecommendations #FoodSharing #AmericanThaiCuisine #ExploreShops
